Dislocated my right patella (kneecap).
Second time in my life that it happened (first time came around in 6th grade - damn knee shot in pain during pushups).
It wasn't too serious (kneecap moved back) but fuckin' hell it hurts!

You know when you hanging around people who aren't quite all there when you get a call over the radio to attend a 14 year old motorcross biker who's in 'discomfort after a fall whilst racing' and find a 14 year old boy sitting happily on the back of his dad's van with what appears to be a double knee. I took his mother off to one side and asked if he's taken any painkillers and she replied 'two paracetamol'. I said we'd better get him to the hospital before the adrenaline in his system from the race wore off and he starts shouting in pain.
My sympathies, it's not a very nice thing to have happen. Hope your okay soon.
